Booked hotel services can be cancelled free of charge up 30 days before arrival. In case of a cancellation from 29 until 14 days before arrival will be charge of one night. After this time, you will be billed for 3 nights of your reserved stay. Please note that there are no reductions for late arrivals or early departures.

Your room will be ready at 3 pm (earlier if available) on arrival day. We kindly request that you leave your room by 11.30 am on departure day. In case you will be leaving earlier or later, we would be pleased to offer you a changing room.

Your attire contributes to the ambience of our hotel resort. In the Grand Restaurant Rotonde/Panorama and the gourmet restaurant Epoca elegant evening attire is expected (men: jackets, necktie voluntary). In the Lounge Bistro, Pomodoro, il Tschaler, Curler Restaurant & Pub and Little China sporty casual attire is the rule, as it is during the day throughout the resort.

If you arrive by private car, a mandatory parking fee of CHF 22.- (summer: CHF 18.-) per day will be charged for a place in our garage. A parking place will be reserved automatically when you book a room. If you arrive by public transportation, we would be pleased to pick you up at the Flims Waldhaus bus stop.

Well-behaved four-footed friends are welcome for CHF 30.- per day, food not included. We hope you understand that dogs are not permitted in the Grand Restaurant Rotonde/Panorama nor in the gourmet restaurant Epoca. Dogs are welcome in The Lounge, Pomodoro, Little China and il Tschaler restaurants.

• Kids’ Club with playroom, games & cyber room and kids’ restaurant in the Belle Epoque Pavillon.
  Our kindergarten teachers look forward to your kids (3 and up) daily from 9.30 am to 6 pm (during school holidays until 9 pm).
• Babysitting: possible anytime for CHF 25.- per hour; for long distance audio contact, a baby phone is available from the concierge .
• Baby packet: if desired, you may borrow the following items free of charge: outlet security plugs for your room, baby night light, baby phone, bottle warmer, child’s toilet, changing matt, baby bathtub & water thermometer, stroller. Please contact the concierge.
• Youth Camp: the fun & action programme in February and July/August for kids 7 and up
• Kids' programme in Flims-Laax-Falera during summer school holidays: our junior hotel guests are invited to participate free of charge. The Tourist Office offers a varied programme for kids 4 and up from Monday to Thursday (drawing & painting atelier, visit to a farm, etc.).
• Kids’ Restaurant: Lunch from 11.45 am to 13 pm with a-la-carte meals from the kids’ menu; Kids’ buffet from 17.30 - 19 pm during school holidays. When not high season or fewer than 10 kids, we serve a-la-carte meals from the kids’ menu. Price: free of charge for Resort Dining; up to 6 years CHF 20.-; 7 and up CHF 35.-. Registration: please before 11 am with the concierge.
• We would like to inform you that the gourmet restaurant Epoca is not suitable for children under 10 years old.

All restaurants at Waldhaus Flims are non-smoking. For our guests who smoke we recommend The Lounge (until 6 pm) and the Chadafö Grand Bar with cigar lounge in the Arvenstübli.

For a fix dinner surcharge you get the chance to eat in our six a la carte-restaurants without any additional surcharge (except for gourmet restaurant Epoca).

A wide variety of culinary possibilities await you in seven (in summer: five) different restaurants.
 

Enjoy a getaway and drive one of the hotel's MINIs to Surselva or a shopping tour in Chur. Two of these cult cars - the sporty MINI Cooper S Cabrio convertable in Pepper White and the unique, extroverted MINI Cooper Clubman in elegant Nightfire Red, are available for our guests free of charge.
