The Company

Waldhaus Flims Mountain Resort AG is a publically owned firm with capital stock of CHF 9 mn. (24000 registered shares at nom. CHF 250.– and 3000 bearer shares at nom. CHF 1000.–) and around 1000 shareholders. Shares are handled as second-tier stocks. Majority shareholders are the families Gustav Lorenz, Lachen, and Hans Rudolf Wyss, Brugg. The company runs Waldhaus Flims Mountain Resort & Spa with around 150 rooms in three guest houses from 4*Superior to 5*Superior and the historic Belle Epoque Pavillon, the wellness oasis delight spa & beauty, six restaurants, seven bars, two hotel-owned museums and collections as well as – from October 2009 – the Waldhaus Arena for Curling & Events for up to 1800 people. In addition the company builds and divests various residences as housing.
