The Flims outdoor and indoor facilities have over 25 climbing and high ropes courses, which we combine according to your goals! The outdoor high ropes course is right in the hotel park near Villa Silvana.

For one whole night you are the lord of a castle and you invite your guests to a secret place – a remote castle in Graubünden (Casti Aspermont in Sagogn). An evening full of adventure and surprises is guaranteed.
In 1907 Meiler-Brun built the first alpine fixed rope route for tourists in Switzerland above the Graubünden town of Fidaz. From high above Fidaz it led over Pinut and Pardatsch, across steep rock faces and meadows directly to the Flimserstein alp. 100 years later, in the summer of 2007, the historic «Pinut» climbing trail was reopened. Guided tours are offered from from July to October. Including introduction and climb as well as safety equipment with helmet and climbing set: CHF 135.- per person.
Hiking from course to course – this ideal combination of activity and culinary delight in alpine restaurants is found only in Flims-Laax! There are two culinary trails to enjoy: «Wald & Wasser» (forest & water) and «Berg & Sicht» (mountain & view).
One of the last big adventures for nature lovers is panning for gold near Disentis in a wild gorge of the Rhine. Full or half day excursions from May to mid-October.

At the ski area, through various challenges – from Yeti modelling to snow shooting – you’ll find out whether your team has the right nose for it. Cutting wood, transporting it by sledge, building a pyramid, splitting wood, nailing, binding shrubs or handsawing promotes not only craftsmanship but creativity as well.

Come and visit the zai ski manufacturing in the heart of the Disentis mountain landscape and get a taste of the special philosophy that underpins the production of these exclusive skis. The makers of zai will show you firsthand how their skis are built and the workmanship involved, letting you into some of the secrets of the production of their exclusive skis. Special packages are available for groups of 10 or more, including welcome drinnk. Trave time: apporx. 45 min.
In the new Waldhaus Arena. Bring your staff onto the ice and let us put together a tailored programme just for you. Our team of curling pros is on hand to teach you the noble art of "chess on ice" and give you an entertaining insight into techniques, game rules and playing etiquette. The session is rounded off with a fun tournament and dinner in the stylish » Curler Restaurant. Also suitable for curling beginners; available from October until April.
