Once again, at last! Following a year’s pause, Flims has once again a new, important summer music festival with world-class soloists. The Waldhaus Konzerte Flims 2010 guarantees equal enjoyment for audiences and musicians: the seven classical concerts for large audience have been supplemented and enhanced by master courses for promoting young talent at the highest level and a summer academy for kids in partnership with the Zurich University of the Arts and the Swiss Academy of Music and Music Education.

Classical music aficionados will be captivated by world renowned artists like Lars Vogt or Dorothee Oberlinger and top international ensembles such as Trio Wanderer or “I Sonatori de la Gioiosa Marca”. And in the so-called “Capri Corner” (Capricorn = Rhaeto-
Romanic for ibex, the animal on the Graubünden coat of arms) the Graubünden Chamber Philharmonic and the Cantus Firmus
choir will ensure that outstanding local ensembles are responsible for inspiring soundscapes.
