A lot of time and space just to be! In order to compile the „Time Deluxe" offering according to your wishes, a minimum duration of 2 hours is recommended. A 15-minute assessment of your physical and psychological well-being and the State of your skin is the requirement for enduring recommendations from our body and beauty specialists.

We ensure you do not have to choose your treatments and can leave your everyday cares behind you.

LaCauma Spa Treatment

A wellness ritual under the sign of harmony: experience the lighter side of nature, true bliss, in tune with yourself and with the world. An enduring special treatment in a unique atmosphere – including foot bath, moor pack, aroma oil bath and a revitalizing special massage with stones.

LaCresta Alpine Spa Treatment

The secret of relaxation and the power of nature. Freshly picked products from the Flims mountains worked into fragrant oils and bath supplements and novel aroma therapy concepts promise natural care and wellness. This ritual in LaCresta Wellness Suite consists of a fango pack with herbs, an aroma and light bath with Alpine herbs in their natural state, and the LaCresta Special Massage followed by quiet time.

Vino Therapy

Vino therapy in the wooden tub works like a natural peeling to stimulate blood circulation and increase the skins’s elasticity. We use premium pomace products that have been dried and then ground. This way the skin – to compare with a conventional treatment – can absorb ten times the quantity of active ingredients. Treatment follows in several steps and ends with a light massage with grape seed oil.

Hamam Ritual

In the Hamam, both body and soul bathe in mild warmth and soft light. This Hamam Ritual is not only for cleansing the body but, thanks to the harmony of warmth, moisture, foam, scent and movement, it is also a feast for the senses.
